With only a few weeks left in 2012, the GenerationNOW Entertainment Team had a lot to celebrate at our annual Team Celebration. It has been a record-breaking, exciting, and ASTOUNDING year filled with many unforgettable events & milestones including:

*Pumping up a crowd of 80,000 people at The Red Bull Crashed ICE Championships in St. Paul. (We will be back in 2013)

*Booking, Performing & Rocking the turntables at a record-breaking 900 events including nightclubs, weddings, corporate events, school dances and private parties

*We are now “The Official DJ Company of The Minnesota Timberwolves” due to our presence at The Target Center every home game for the Wolves. DJ Mad Mardigan – Official DJ, Tim Miller – Director of Music, DJ Dudley D – Backcourt Club DJ, DJ Beasey – Upper Level DJ, Ben Quam – 2011/2012 In-Arena Host

*Providing our talent to the Twin Cities’ most distinct venues (every week) such as: The Target Center, The Imperial Room, Solera’s Rooftop, The Pourhouse, Envy, Insert Coins, Johnny Tequilas, First Ave, and many more

*DJ Mad Mardigan representing Minnesota by performing at The 2012 NBA All-Star Weekend in Orlando, FL

*DJ Dudley D, DJ Mad Mardigan, & DJ Beasey all placing in the top 5 at The Twin Cities Nightclubs Awards

*DJ Mad Mardigan opening for legendary turntablist DJ Q-Bert

*DJ Dudley D opening for PRINCE in Chicago for 3 sold-out shows at The United Center, and the Prince after-parties at The House of Blues

*Owner (Nicholas Dircz) speaking to the students at McNally Smith College of Music about his DJ career, life as a DJ Dad, and GenNOW

*We took on 3 new Team Members – The young, talented DJ/Producer Anthony Kasper; The party-rocking, cowbell-toting DJ Chrystal Mann; and our longtime friend/colleague Robert Elderas our Director of Finance

*Booking TWO shows at 2012 The MN State Fair, where we executed our most incredible events in our history by combining the absolute BEST in DJ & MC Talent, audio/sound package, lighting design, and projection video. (We will be back in 2013)

*DJ Mad Mardigan featured on KARE 11 for GenNOW and our State Fair shows

*DJ Kasper and Mister Black (our Remix Specialist) were both signed to prominent record labels that now sell and promote their remixes and original productions

*Tim Miller & Mad Mardigan provided music & entertainment for the 2012 WNBA Finalists – Minnesota Lynx
